Everyone was very friendly. My car was serviced quickly! Could not have asked for a better experience! Will definitely be back!
Even though a lot of the service was covered under warranty, we spent 2500 ourselves and had the car there for two weeks or so. I expected that it would’ve been vacuumed and wiped out/washed before it came back. This is the second time it has been like that, last time we had the paint repaired and the car was not vacuumed or anything. I think that is ESSENTIALLY for top rated service departments to do.
Sandra was wonderful as always, but that is a system flaw, not her.
I should of had a loner car instead of a rental car.
The service team was not able to address three of the issues I brought my car in for because they couldn't reproduce the car behavior I reported. I suggested that they put some type of monitor on it so the issues could be captured, diagnosed, and corrected. But no monitor was offered. Instead they just wanted to keep driving my car and wait to see if the issues occurred. So I got no resolution for these three issues.

I had my oil changed on Wednesday and my car has been parked in my driveway since then. Yesterday, Saturday, I had to drop my husband off somewhere and when I returned home I noticed a puddle in my driveway where my car was parked. I go check the puddle out and it's oil. All of the oil that should be in my car is now in a puddle in my driveway. My car has never leaked oil, I take it to your shop for an oil change and now it leaks ALL the oil. I'm not a mechanic but I'm going to take a leap and say something was done incorrectly on your end.
I will be calling on Monday to figure out how you plan to remedy the situation. As my car no longer has any oil in it, I'm assuming a tow truck will be involved.
