I have been trying to get a broken seatbelt fixed in my third row and it’s still not done despite discussing this extensively with the person beforehand.
Thank you Sandra and technician. I have not heard the rattling noise. I have a 2day drive to California coming up which will be a good test. More feedback later. Re the take a break warning, please let me know who I can contact nationally to discuss this annoyance. It really makes a 900 mile drive very unpleasant. Thank you.
Other than taking 1 1/2 hours as stated, it took 2 1/2 hours.
Service was great and much appreciated. And that guy in parts is pretty cool too. I think his name was Greg but cool dude.
Following a week of phone calls and scheduling an appointment, I arrived but was not listed on the schedule; however, I had received a text with a confirmed appointment. Apart from that, I was pleased with the shuttle service and the staff at the desk were reassuring.

Star Hyundai of Abilene was amazong! They stayed on top of my service, kept me up to date on the repairs and made sure my vehicle was repaired right and quickly. Everything was perfectly.
I don’t need to be contacted. We waited for almost three hours. We were forgotten about when somebody took their lunch break. They changed the oil and rotated tires but don’t fix a part because they had to order a part. No real explanation other than we are so sorry. I took lunch and somebody was supposed to help you.
My vehicle needed and oil change and tire rotation. They both were completed in a timely manner. Great customer service.

Sandra is amazing and so helpful every time I go in there she goes above and beyond to take care of our needs. I was disappointed that it seems that whatever technician/mechanic that drove my car scratched the leather really bad on the under side of my steering wheel. I didn’t notice it until I was down the road and turning. I’m assuming it might have scratched on a tool or something on his pants. That is frustrating.
The lady at check in is very rude. We dropped the car off early to allow staff to take care of it at their convenience. She repeated over and over that it would not be done early. We repeated many times that this was FINE. That we didn’t want to have to rush to get it there on time.
She did this last time we came in as well.
Don’t have such hateful people as the forward face for your company.
Sandra is always a joy to deal with. I was talking to her about today’s total charge and the other service advisor chimed into our conversation. I did not appreciate this and told him to back off and get out of our conversation. He needs to mind his own business.
