Sandra is very nice, polite, and professional. Watching her interact with all of her customers waiting proved she is the same with everyone. It was nice that she came out to waiting area and gave progress reports and reminded me of my options like waiting or getting a ride with shuttle.

Sandra my representative is amazing. BUT it’s been 4 weeks my car isn’t fixed and still has another part to get for my car. I do know there are things out of anyone’s control. But definitely things can be better
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a code issue with my brake light and blinker. I was told after my oil change that I would have to bring my vehicle back in so a different tech could look at it. I work out of town and only have a few days a month to get my car worked on. Please do better.

Sandra did a great job. My issues are with multiple recalls and inability to get replacements parts. I waited over 2 months for shocks and seatbelt issue is still outstanding
