Didn’t seem like they wanted to address the voltage battery issue, just offered to slap a new transmission on without repairing the problem. No goodwill warranty offer, unsure if they even tried.

My husband brought the Sonata to be serviced. He asked if a car wash was included in service….”Sure…for included fee of $40.00 cause we are running very busy and running behind.” He told me later: “When we had the ‘24 KIA, we got prompter service as well as a car wash.”

James was polite and very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Explained everything that was needed and gave me a notice on what’s needed in the future! Definitely showed Hyundai values, and due to your customer service is another reason why I only drive a Hyundai!
