The service to the vehicle was absolutely satisfactory. However, the entire experience taking over 2.5 hours, even with having an appointment, was unsatisfactory.

Sandra was very professional, polite and kept me informed the entire time. She kept apologizing for the time it was taking even though she told me it would be awhile. I told her I was fine waiting because I brought something to do and was enjoying my time away from home. She was very thorough before and after my service. She’s a true professional.
