Great service

Matthew and his team did an excellent job fixing my wife’s 24 Palisade. It had been having issues with the infotainment system but with some great trouble shooting from his technician the problem was identified and resolved. Thanks for the quick turnaround. I really appreciate their hard work.

Unfortunately, my warranty service was not completed properly. Because we live out of town, my wife had to miss an entire day of work. When she got home, I inspected the repair and found that it was only half-assed. (Please excuse my language). The issue was that the high mount brake light socket and lens had MELTED together. Your technicians replaced the socket, but not the melted lens. Because of this, the socket will not lock into the lens securely, and it falls out when you hit a bump. I called the service department today and they told me they would ship the lens directly to me so that I can make sure it is properly repaired. The technicians also performed two recall services, and due to the low level of care and service I got on the light, I am worried about the quality of those repairs as well! They couldn’t even be bothered to place the new security window stickers on straight!!!
