Had a very satisfactory experience getting my car repaired. Did not have appointment but that was not a problem. Staff just took my car, did repair work, and I was back on the road.

Being from out of town, I was hopeful to have the car checked quickly. I wanted to know that if I stopped on the way home, it would start again. The service team gave it an extra charge and reassured me that it would start again as needed. They took my car in quickly and got me on my way again.

They suggested I get 4 new tires when one of them was purchased new in 2023. They didn’t check the rear wiper, because the rubber was falling off of it. I got them cheaper at AutoZone and they put them on for free.

Sandra was very pleasant and answered my questions. All services provided met my expectations, with the exception of the climate control issue. It still blows hot/cold air when it turned off unless I press the recirculate button. That is not the solution. That means the system is on all of the time.
