She was very nice and very helpful. Informed me about everything that was going on.
My six month old brakes are squealing. Only with light pressure do they do this. The mechanic said he blew some dust off the brake pads, but couldn’t find anything to be causing the squeaking. I thought that might’ve been the issue but when I left the lot, they were still doing it. I will follow up when I have time.

I just showed up at the service department without an appointment, so the help I received was above and beyond what I expected to get. Sandra was very professional and quickly gave me answers to my questions. I was on my way very quickly after having them fix a light that was constantly flashing on my dash. I am beyond impressed when it comes to customer service Eric and everybody at Hyundai has been amazing and we so appreciate everything that they did to go above and beyond to make sure that we were happy satisfied customers and without a doubt in this day and age that is hard to find, but also dealing with Starr Hyundai and Dodge both locations in Abilene has been nothing but an absolute pleasure and the next time that I need a new car truck or SUV I will definitely be going to talk to Julianne and everybody over at one of the locations to seal the deal with Starr Dodge or Hyundai Thanks so much.

I believe my car was "washed", but there were dried water marks all over my car & it looked worse than it did when it went in. There was also a very bad smell in my car when I got into it. It was almost acidic/very heavy chemical smell.
Sandra was wonderful very kind and friendly. This was my first service for my Tucson and I enjoyed everything the waiting area very nice with refreshments and her customer service was top notch
It was Sandra's first day and she was fantastic. I would also like to give Kori a shout out. She's never too busy to say hello to an old customer. Starr Hyundai is lucky to have them both on their team!
The oil change was done in a timely manner and performed properly. The children area made bringing granddaughter easier.

My car took way too long. And now there are tears are in the seat from laying parts and tools in the leather. It's insane how poorly my vehicle has been handled.
