Although Eric was kind and responsive, I have never had such poor service from a dealership as a whole. My car was held awaiting a part for nearly 6 weeks with minimal updates unless I reached out for the most part. The loner vehicles I was given were disgusting. The 1st one smelled like someone had been smoking in it for years. When returned by me it had been wiped down and I had added and air freshener. The second smelled like marijuana and was covered in animal hair and god knows what else. In addition, in the center console, there was actually marijuana particles found. Again, I returned this vehicle vacuumed, wiped down and literally smelling like blueberries. I am by no means a picky person and Eric can attest that I was patient and respectful and truly understood the hold up he was faced but I believe after spending $1300 on my vehicle and waiting 6 weeks for it while driving unsanitary loners with expired tags, Star Hyundai couldve topped off my fluids and perhaps detailed my vehicle inside and out as a courtesy. At the least, recognizing that the low tire pressure light on my vehicle could’ve been resolved. I have had my car serviced at Hyundai dealerships closest to me since I purchased the vehicle over 5 years ago and have never received such mediocre service. 10/10 not satisfied.
