Been a customer of Eric Davis many years now. Like today battery dead, called Eric and said hey can I bring my Veloster over not sure what's wrong won't start. Eric sure bring it over, I'll work it in. Eric called and said just the battery it's ready for pickup. After work there she was ready to go. Thank you so much Eric for always making life easy for me.
My service sheet says that a different grade of oil was provided in my oil change than what my vehicle should have. After contacting my sales rep to check in it, I was told that the correct oil was put in my vehicle because they do not carry the grade that was placed in and it was a code error in my service sheet. I am trusting that this was the case but I will be keeping my service sheet and if anything goes wrong with my engine or anything else that has to do with the oil being incorrect, I expect Star Hyundai to pay for the repairs and rental and make it right, or replace the vehicle at same purchase value and quality.
As always, Eric and Tim offer the best customer service. They truly care and connect with customers.
