My service advisor, Eric Davis, was very courteous and professional throughout the process. My one comment was regarding the free multi-point check: there were no specific results listed. So, exactly what was checked? Tires, brakes, lighting, electrical, etc.? I know that the M.I.L. was scanned for fault codes.

I just wrote my comments, but they disappeared before I sent them. Anyway I was very pleased at the work that was done. Eric also adjusted the safe distance setting on my cruise control and showed me how to fix the problem if it occurs again. While I was sitting in the comfortable waiting area, working on my laptop computer, another employee stopped and asked if there was anything he could do for me. Great customer service.
