I was super stressed coming in. But I was put it in these and although I had to leave my car overnight it was just a simple thing as a gas cap. Thank goodness your rentals are amazing

This was my first service on my new vehicle and the first time I had used the Newark location. Your website has the service center listed as the sales department address. I arrived at the sales department and the nice man there gave me a card and the correct address for the service center. Upon arrival, I apologized to Frank for being late, as the website sent me to the wrong place. He was rude to me and said ‘ha, we’ve been at this location for twenty years, not sure how you got that wrong.’ He then told me it would take a hour and fifteen minutes for my services to be completed. It took a hour and thirty five minutes which seems really excessive for routine maintenance on a vehicle that only has 4,500 miles on it. I will not be returning to this location. I will get my vehicle serviced elsewhere.

I was not excited about how much work was needed but after 90000 miles I knew there were things that had to be addressed. I placed my trust in Cheryl and your dealership as I have done since I purchased the car in 2012. I have never been disappointed in the service
My only regret was in the fact that two things happened to the car just after the warranty ran out and the Dealership would not yield on either issue even though it was a failure on the part of Toyota quality control and parts. One problem persists to this day and the other was fixed at Union Park auto body for a $100. You wanted $800 to do the same repair.
That’s why this will be my last purchase from Toyota.

Cheryl was very nice and explained everything.
Toyota exceeded my expectations. I dropped my car off at the service center the day before scheduled service. I received a text message alerting me the car service was complete and the car is ready for owner pickup. Not only was the service done a day earlier than expected , the tire selection recommended by the technician proves to demonstrate the quite performance as stated by technician.
Chuck was very kind and professional, I really appreciate the updates while waiting so I am never guessing if anything’s wrong or what’s being done with my vehicle! I also like that he takes the time to explain what was done, what future repairs I may need, the rewards I’ve earned and how I can use them in the future! Expectations exceeded!
