Service was great from the time I drove in to the time I drove out. Service was prompt, friendly and professional.
When providing a quote it would be more than helpful to know the total amount not just the service. Adding the labor it’s very shocking to see that amount after you’ve been quoted the price of the parts most people are struggling these days it’s very difficult to hear that kind of news and most people would not be able to pay for it at this time. It’s likely you can’t lower the price parts and servicing but at least you could offer more coupons or discounts to help people struggling these days we all have to use cars to get about to go to jobs pick up groceries go to doctors appointments etc. so what I’m saying is transparency is better so people can prepare how they’re going to manage these kind of expenses. Another thing that would be helpful is to offer senior discounts that are on fixed incomes

Excuse me but in reality I am not satisfied at all with the service provided, in 7 years living here in Wilmington and having bought 5 cars in Toyota world Newark I have lost confidence in the service department.
