Frank was a great CSR. He listened to my concerns regarding my Prius & delivered what was needed to resolve my issues. I am glad I came to your service center in Newark after a horrible experience with a lady CSR in Price Toyota in New Castle. Service guys are always friendly, knowledgeable and will walk you through anything you don’t understand...I felt like I had a new car after my phone was hooked up and finally running right...the time he took to show me everything about my car phone connection was... TOPS

Cheryl is not very customer focused it seems, questioned the issue I had with my new vehicle as though it was something I was doing wrong. I had dealt with her through the 6 other vehicles that I purchased through Newark Toyota and she always seems to be on the defensive and unfriendly. She explained the repair as though it’s something that I should have been aware of.

Hello, I feel that when you bring in for service you shouldn’t have to adjust steering wheel and seat. It should be left alone. Twice I’ve had to adjust everything back to where I had it. Thank you!

It was my first time to do service with a Toyota service department. I’m not sure if I been spoiling the other dealers or the customer service is really bad. Starting with the driver at no moment I was told that it was going to be a third party Taking me to work I did not feel safe at all. Then when I picked up my car there was no communication regarding what it was done just pay and sign. The car was there all day and was not even clean from inside. Again not sure if I been spoilt by other dealers or this is how Toyota conduct business if so… it is sad.

I have my car serviced at your dealership because of Dave. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and not pushy or aggressive. Dave has a way of making his customers aware of what's needed while sharing full details that we understand. I tried two other Toyota Service Centers before finding Dave at Newark Toyota, the first dealership overstated repairs that were not needed and used high pressure, the second was nearly identical. When I drove into your service department and found Dave I felt I found a man I could trust.

Dave took excellent care of me. I stopped in to purchase replacement headlight bulbs assuming that no service technician slots would become available as I had no appointment. While asking about installation with one of the parts department personnel, a subsequent check with Dave allowed our having Toyota install the bulbs. With just a very short additional waiting period, Dave indicated we could take care of other pending work (e.g oil change and tire rotation ), which due within the next couple of weeks anyhow. Dave represented the dealership with knowledge, courtesy, and professionalism as though it was his own business and reputation at stake. Lastly, as I had never been there earlier, he personally walked me through the waiting area pointing out the complimentary beverage services and wash room. The whole experience was positive and memorable.
