This is my third time visiting the service center for a 5,000 mile checkup. Each time has been great! Everyone is professional and friendly, and the facility is clean and spacious. I am happy I’ve found them and will be back. I do think car washes should be complimentary will service. It can be a certain amount of service, but it could add to customer experience.

Dave was very polite and professional. He was not pushy as some salesman can be. He let me know exactly what work would be done on my car. He answered all my questions and informed me as to recommended maintenance. Again, he was not pushy which I am very grateful for. Please consider giving him a raise!!!!! 11 out of 10 rating!!! Thank you????

Car was not cleaned. The detail department half **** cleaned the outside then waxed over dirt. Did not handle the minor scratches nor even touch the engine compartment. Then when I see just the exterior problems the service advisor had the nerve to make excuses for this piss poor service. I’m seriously considering never using your company ever again. This is not the first time your employees have done a bad job or even lied to me. I spoke with someone after the fact who has me coming in again. If these issues are not resolved I will take things a step further.
