I had to come in twice for the windshield and had to leave it overnight when they promised it would be one day. When I picked my truck up no one said thank you. I’m not sure what happened with my insurance that wasn’t Dave’s fault. Anyway the experience was not the best

Honest man of integrity that gives me confidence in dealing with him that he is not going to try to pull something unnecessary over on me just to make a few more quick bucks at my expense. I enjoy our conversations and he seems very knowledgeable and patient and courteous.

Dave is professional and friendly.
He never asked me if everything was fine with my car, didn’t mention if I was part of any recalls, no offer of a complimentary car wash. He didn’t even go over what they did to my car. I paid, I left. Each time I go to Toyota, the service is declining. I will say that it “only” took an hour and a half to do an oil change this time as compared to 3 hours last time.
need to be less pushy trying to sell additional services - it gets to be a bit much
I know I am in good hands. I never regret about the care given to those who excellent job serves me best. I am forever grateful. Job well done on the services rendered to not just me but to others.

Car had not been serviced by the scheduled pickup time. Car was also not washed.
Great service and prices. I loved that I was informed all throughout the day on the status of my vehicle. They were just as concerned with having my car ready by the time needed as I was and had everything done on time.
