A hubcap was not replaced properly causing it to fall off after leaving the Toyota facility. I was not aware of it coming off until I arrived home. Hoever upon calling the service center I was told it will be replaced free of charge. I was pleased with the resolution of the matter.

My service experience us always great... that's why I continue to return. I must comment on the woman in the service department that scheduled my appointment. Her name is Rhiana(so). She was wonderful. Because she is your "Front Line, you should know that she was courteous, accommodating and delightful. Kudos to her and you for hiring her.
