Arrived on time for my 11:30 appointment for an oil change and purchase of four new tires. It took 3¼ hours to complete the work!!!! I sat in the waiting area with a mask on from 11:30 till 2:45! Totally unacceptable! NEVER.... AGAIN!!!

Chuck has excellent customer service. He knew I was extremely unhappy and upset as soon as he made contact with me. He never altered his tone. He did his job and communicated with me wearing an honest smile. He communicated with me about my vehicle until the work was complete. You should probably consider having him train the rest of your employees because he’s the only one I’m ever going to seek out.
