I had no idea that I was going in for a tire rotation. Someone should’ve notified me that that was the purpose of the visit. I only come in for scheduled oil changes. I don’t care about tire rotation at all. I didn’t realize that that’s what happened until I got home and saw the paperwork. I’m very unhappy
