I am usually very satisfied. This time I was told the part would be in on Wed. for Thursday installation, so I took my car on Thursday. and the part was not in. I left the car Thursday and they could not open the door to work on it when they got around to it on Friday. My husband had to drive there and show them how to open the door on Friday. We never heard back on Friday. I called Sat. morning to find out and first was told it was waiting for a part and would be worked on on Monday. When I questioned this I was then told no, the part was there and it would be done on Sat. I had to call to see where it was in maintenance at 2:30. It was done, I was told. We went to pick it up and the handle was loose. The gasket was not reinstalled and was on the floor of the car in the baggie. I told Chuck on drop off on Thursday that a gasket needed to be reinstalled when the handle was put on and that it was in the baggie taped to the dashboard. The service person told my husband they did not know the door was locked shut but they watched me climb over the console to get out the passenger side and I told Chuck we had had to do that several times. Clearly there is a communication issue here. The car is home now and cannot be locked while driving or I will have to roll down the window and open the door by reaching out to use the outside door handle. I am not inclined to ask for this to be fixed at this time. I am skeptical that the front end alignment that Chuck told me I needed based in driving over the bump thing inside the door was ever completed, given the issues they had with getting the door open to begin with, but I paid the $99 for it.

David was nice. After years of coming here it's always a long wait and they wouldn't tell me why the check engine light was on unless I paid $139. That's ridiculous.
