No one informed me when I dropped the car off that I would have to pay now for my oil change, tire rotation. I even asked the girl in the morning if there would be a charge. Her answer was “No it’s a newer car” . When I get there 91.00!!

Dropped my vehicle off on Saturday, got a call that we needed a new tire but it wouldn’t be here until Monday so we left there and came back to pick up Monday night and the tire doesn’t even match our other tires!? Why make me wait 2 days for a tire that doesn’t even match! He didn’t inform us or ask us if was okay for it to be another tire!
Dave informed me of the cost and the amount of time it would take and I was very happy his info was correct. This made my day. His personal attention to me and my service was exceptional.

Bill Chaffee provided an excellent service experience. He took the time to explain what needed to be done to my Toyota Sequoia, the cost involved and how long it would take. He was exact on how long it would take and when my Sequoia would be ready. Great service experience.

While everything in the service department went smoothly, I miss the car side service don’t with tablets. I feel more comfortable in the open space of the garage vs the enclosed space of the desks.
