Receipt says tires WERE NOT rotated. But, rotation is required for this service.
Dave is excellent. He makes you feel like he is genuinely happy to see you. He gave me estimates of the service to be provided and amount of time they would need. He was exactly correct. Dave took time to answer questions about my dashboard and explain what various buttons functions were.

In light of the coronavirus pandemic and as person in a family with individuals with compromised immune systems, including my infant, I think more precautions could be made. It did not appear that pens were sanitized between customer use, I did not see hand sanitizer readily available, and rather than having the customer wait inside the bay while someone pulls the car up, I would rather walk outside to my car and reduce the number of people and amount of time anyone else was in my vehicle, and reduce the amount of time I am indoors. This is a great courtesy to customers. It I think that until the pandemic is no longer a health crisis it is worth not having the courtesy. Otherwise the service and customer service was great .
Cheryl was great to work with, I definitely hope she's works with me again, She Anwserwd all my questions, even about a vehicle that I just bought, again I will be taking it there. Thanks again Cheryl

Disappointed the technician did not indicate that I needed new tires. It was recommended during my visit in June.
The service was excellent starting with a warm welcome and professionalism from Dave to the speedy and accurate wait time. Overall I was very satisfied with recommendations and thorough work done to the car. Thank you Dave and Toyota.
Got exactly the great service I have come to expect
Didn’t appreciate the steering wheel cover tossed on the passenger’s side. And the service a week before, it bothered me that the person that pulled up my car didn’t have his mask on his nose when he went to my car and when he later came out of it. Yet, service was good and Frank was very knowledgeable and helpful.
My only disappointment was although I had an appt I waited 1 1/2 hr for service
