Chuck was a courteous service rep who went the extra mile. Somebody had not ordered a part as the rep said they would. Being a family of 5 and working parents, it’s difficult to be without a car so I purposely wanted to get my oil changed and part replaced the same day. The rep over the phone who made my appt. did not order my part, however promised me the part would be there and I could get both services completed the same day. I arrived at 7 a.m. Part wasn’t in, but Chuck went above and beyond too accommodate our family. Reps like him, keep us stay coming back to Toyota.
Once again Bill nailed it! My gas cap was the reason for my check engine light, which is absurdly embarrassing, but Bill was back again to save the day. I appreciate him not belittling me and making my experience easy. Thanks, Bill!

Ignored my truck all morning instead of completing the 30 minutes of work to balance 2 wheels. Difficult to get a call back for status updates and constantly pushing back completion time. Was told 2 (brand new) tires could not be balanced and would have to be replaced. Took to another shop and had balanced in under 20 minutes.
Very happy with the lift install and alignment, disappointed that the simple balance could not be completed in a reasonable time or correctly.
