Service Advisor Luis Lopez was professional and polite when I arrived. He quickly took my information and was was done in 5 minutes. He called me and let me know what needed to be done and when it was time to pick up my car. Thank you Luis and mechanic Ira!

I entered newark toyota service center, a guy name Luis Lopez approached me, and welcomed me. Everything was fine. I was there for just a 5000 mile service, it was just a tire rotation check. This guy told me it is gonna take 2-3 hours, I understand they are usually very busy. It was 3 hours I waited in the service center. I approached him, he told me my car is ready. He gave the paper work and said a guy will be here with my car and keys shortly. I waited there for like an hour, the guy never came with my car and again I asked him long was it gonna take and he said that the other guy is still fixing the tires. If someone was fixing the tires, he should have let me know that it was gonna take some time and it took almost 5 hours just to get my tires fixed. It felt like the guy was ignoring me. I know they get really busy but that does not mean that they treat customer like this.

I have always been completely happy with the help and service Dave Ferguson has given me at Newark Toyota. When I bring my car in I always ask for Dave!

My service advisor was wonderful-it was the young man who brought me my car. I asked him if I could go through the car wash (I thought they use to take my car through when I got it serviced). The young man said while walking away from me, do you have a code and I replied no and he continued to walk away and get in the car in front of mine. It seemed very rude. He could have easily said you will need to speak to someone else or if you dont have a code you can not go through the car wash. I think the fact that he did not he stop to look at me just kept walking and didnt even listen to me. Thank you

Fred was extremely helpful. Followed up with me in a timely manner and checked in with me to make sure I received the pictures I requested . He even went as far as to use his own phone to make sure I would get them. Very professional at all times and showed genuine concern which helped me to stay calmer being it was totally unexpected to be put in the situation of not having my much needed transportation. He quickly arranged for me to get into a loaner car so that I wouldn’t miss any of my appointments. Thank you Toyota for caring about your customers ????????????????

I asked for the return of my empty oil containers, for the synthetic oil I supplied for my service. The technician cut one of the bottles to use as a funnel. I believe that reasonable customer request should be followed. The cost of technician labor and fees for service should allow for buying funnels to fill oil in cars. I consider this an insult to me as a paying customer.
