The Customer Service representative who assisted me when I telephoned for an appointment for service was pleasant, competent, and courteous. Mr. Chaffee, the service department representative with whom I engaged was friendly, thorough, and efficient. My experiences over the years with other auto dealer service departments has not always been as comfortable and satisfying.

Dave was simply fantastic. He was personable, enthusiastic, and well-versed in his trade. He is an employee that takes his job seriously and makes a costumer happy to be there when otherwise not in the most fun of places to be (no offense). I truly appreciated his simple breakdown diagnostic and re-explanation of services in layman’s terms.
