Brian was very accommodating and understanding of my car issue .
Provided me with immediate solutions.
Great follow up and communication. Appreciate the use of text messaging as I usually miss the phone calls and have to call back.

Dave is the best service advisor at the service center.

Always professional, courteous & a quick service when I come to Toyota World for service....THANK YOU!
Thank you for the quick efficient service start to finish and the cleaning with wipes.
I am glad my service was done appropriately and excellently. Hoping our future business for other services to be done will be smoothed
Chuck was very helpful, and knowledgeable, answering questions and keeping me informed through the whole process
Could not find my car when I came to pick it up, nor could they find my keys. It took them 45 minutes to do so. I was not happy about this and may not return.
Friendly staff members. I like the text communications. Can’t always answer the phone if at work, so messaging does work better for minor bits of info (expected time of completion, etc).
They always do a great job! Thanks!
Al was great, absolutely nothing against him. He was really nice and provided excellent customer service even when he had to give me the news about an $800 repair that wasn’t covered under any warranty for my situation - kudos to him. However, when I booked my appointment online I’m pretty positive that I selected to have the standard 55,000 mile service (which was the whole point of taking my truck in). I was under the impression that this service included the multi-point vehicle inspection, checking the fluids, tire rotation, etc. The basic items. I had also asked online to have previous service recommendations performed (getting my 3rd brake light leak fixed).
When I checked in with Al, he did reassure me that the multi-point inspection would be done along with the tire rotation and everything else. However, in order to get my 3rd brake light fixed (the $800 repair previously mentioned) Al informed me that I would have to make a separate appointment to drop my truck off & have that done. I found that a bit odd but went on with the service. When everything was said & done and I was checking out with Al, all of the paperwork stated that the only thing done to my truck was a tire rotation & that’s it. Quite frankly I didn’t have the time to talk this over with Al as I’m pretty pressed for time between work & many other things. I don’t know when I’ll be able to free up some time to make an appointment to get my leak fixed & I also hope that nothing happens to my vehicle as a result of not having the multi-point inspection done or fluids checked. I should be able to take care of the very basic things at home, but if there’s anything a bit more elaborate I may not be able to take care of that.
Unless I did something wrong on my end when booking my service appointment online, I don’t really understand where the confusion came from. I was really hoping to get my leak fixed today as well as having the 55,000 service done the right way. I care a lot about my vehicle and I try to take care of it as much as I can by making sure that I get the services in when they’re supposed to. I guess I’ll just have to hope for the best & hope that my leak doesn’t cause anymore unnecessary damage. I’m not all that satisfied with my service experience this time. The only saving grace was Al. If it wasn’t for him, I would’ve been totally unsatisfied.
I appreciate that Newark Toyota took responsibility for replaceing something on my newly installed tires.
