I want to thank Jeff and his team for taking care of my car AND me today. With all the issues around Covid19 Jeff was great with keeping his distance from me during our interactions. He had plenty of hand sanitizer on hand. Doors were open I didn’t have to open any of them. My car was cleaned prior to me getting in. Thank you!

Went in for simple oil change $40. Spent $1900 on repairs that were put off as long as possible. Dave was great. Gave me a free rental for a day. When I picked up my car it wouldn’t start. Dave replaced my battery free of charge. Totally unexpected! Above and beyond! I’ve been a loyal customer over 20 yrs...that’s the reason why! Great team! Good service!

Took almost 2 hours for a simple tire rotation. I can appreciate that it was a busy Saturday however for a first impression, I’m not sure I’ll be back. I can understand my servicing is not a top priority as it doesn’t make the money like brake replacement, oil changes, etc. does, but I would’ve liked to have been out a little sooner or had it communicated exactly how long the delay was. I will say the gentleman who took care of me was apologetic about the delay and checked in on me. Additionally, my service needed reminder appears on my dash, so that was not reset.

I was very impressed by the courtesy extended to me today by the staff of the service center. They clearly went out of their way to address my needs. I stopped by with an emergency request to have my car checked for several lights that switched on unexpectedly as I was on a long journey from Rockville to Boston to pick up my daughter before the city lockdown for health reasons. Although I was not a regular customer, the technician quickly run the diagnostic test, provided a temporary fix, reassured me that I could continue my trip and let me go without charging me a penny. This was an exceptional display of client orientation and technical excellence.
