David was thorough. He got us in and out in about an hour. I know these guys are under pressure to keep everything moving, but he could smile and be a bit more relaxed. We felt a bit like cattle being herded. We still give him 5 stars!!
Chuck did an excellent job, my tint looks amazing! The rep that checked me out however was not very kind. I asked if the sale was linked to my rewards account, he simply said I don’t know what Chuck did or didn’t do, I’m just ringing you out; that was pretty rude, he could have looked it up as the rewards and customer service are what are supposed to be keeping me coming to the dealership for repairs. He also gave me no instruction for the car, do’s and don’t s; Chuck did however leave a sticky on the window switch instructing me not to open or wash the glass for 3-5 days so that was a relief. I was carrying two car seats, he didn’t even offer to open the service door or walk me to my vehicle. I understand reps may not want to work with other people’s customers, but that doesn’t mean they should be any less helpful and or kind. Again, Chuck did a wonderful job, tint looks perfect, doors and eyebrow (eyebrow looks wonderful with the custom cut around the sensors)!

Yes the service was great they fix my hub bearing drove the car yesterday and I noticed a rubbing sound in the back had the mechanic from Toyota check it out again he couldn't quite make out the noise and he told me that if it keeps occurring to bring the vehicle back in Ryan revell is more than helpful mechanic is excellent and I appreciate all the help I get from Toyota outstanding

Oil change was due in least than 1200 miles at 40,000 miles. So we were told only due for a tire rotation and to do the oil change next time. Maintenance required light was on pretty sure it was not for a tire rotation.
