Awesome. Somehow, wires must have crossed. I came to what I thought was my appointment but was not on the schedule. I was taken care of immediately. Brian apologized for any misunderstanding although I would guess it was on my part. NTW has always provided excellent service with the many Toyotas that we've enjoyed.
Upon my arrival at ToyotaWorld Service, Jason was very accommodating. He assisted me with getting a rental car. I have received several text messages from Jason about the status of my truck.
I arrived on time for an 11:30 appointment that was estimated to take about 45 minutes to complete. I was then told that the car would be done at 1:00. The service was completed at about 2:20. By then the service rep was at lunch and that another rep had to find my paperwork. I was very dissatisfied with the service. If the Service Dept was that far behind, I would have dropped the car and picked it up later. Instead, I spent almost 3 hours in the waiting room. You had no respect for my time which is an integral part of customer service. I bought my Toyota because of its highly rated service satisfaction. Unfortunately, you failed in this respect.
It took a little longer than planned but I was kept well informed of the progress. Thanks.
I am only disappointed about the discount coupon available online. But it was not applicable as per luis. This coupon was meant for synthetic oil of worth $ 59.95. Otherwise, overall i am satisfied.

Service center had an opportunity to completely inspect the brakes - which I know need replacement and I arrived with a coupon in hand but because I did not buy off on a $25 charge to rotate the tires the technician guessed the pads would need replacement at the next 5000 mile service. Missed opportunity for a complete brake service. Good job on the oil change tho..
