Jason was personable & friendly. He listened to my situation concern the vehicle and had the service guys look into it. Prior to coming back to Toyota, Jason called me an advised me of the actions that were taken concerning MY PROBLEMS 1st, then he told me about everything else. My estimated waiting time was quoted at 1:15 for an oil change. I waited for two hours with no update. Greg was very apologetic but communication is key. From what Greg shared with me as I waited to pay for my service, there were numerous breakdowns in communication from when I turned the car over. However I suspect it really started from the time I booked my time slot earlier that same day.
To be honest, I don’t know why I didn’t read Greg the riot act yesterday evening because my time is precious to me. Maybe it’s because I didn’t have to rush home to feed my family and do the nightly routine, maybe it’s because I appreciate the challenges you all are dealing with due to the Pandemic. Please try to keep in mind that communication is key!!

There was an ink mark on the driver’s seat when I picked the car up (I asked to have it cleaned up, and it was very quickly); it would be great if a cleanliness inspection was done before turning the car back over to the owner - particularly in today’s environment. It would also be great if the cars could be run through the car wash upon pick-up. Thanks!
I said no because I had a 2:15 appointment for an oil change and didn’t get the car back until approximately 4:15. Too long for an oil change especially when you have an appointment. Other aspects of my visit were all good.
