I want to be clear this wasn’t Brian’s mistake but a mistake by my original service guy. I came in to get my seatbelt buckle repaired 2 weeks ago and understandably they didn’t have the part. They ordered the part, it came in and I scheduled an appointment for the following week. I was told I could wait while they repaired it, not a problem. I drive 45 minutes, arrive at 7:30am, I am told now it was going to be several hours and I probably shouldn’t have been told to wait. Ok I say, let’s get it done. They text 10 minutes later to say my car is done but in fact they ordered the wrong part and I would have to come back another day. Not exactly a great service experience.
