Frank did a great job from start to finish with my service. When I brought my Tundra in he had the technician perform the multi point inspection. They advised I needed rear brakes as well as fluid replacement. Since he had to order a part, he called me back personally to schedule the next visit. When I arrived for the appointment he advised the work would take longer then the suggested 3 hours. He provided me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait all day in the lobby. Most importantly Frank communicated with me every step of the work. I will continue to use Newark Toyota as my go to service center based on Frank’s excellent work.
As always, Bill Chafee went above and beyond in providing service. He kept me informed and in spite of how busy the service department was, he made sure I got my car on time.
Luis is an excellent service adviser. He kept me fully informed on the progress of service on my car. This is not the first time that I have worked with Mr. Lopez; he has consistently been a pleasure to work with.

Frank managed the visit well - confirmed why I was there & let me know what to expect as it related to the work being completed & the turnaround time. I have received very good service from Newark Toyota World in the past, however this visit seemed even more efficient than usual.
