When I was told to drop off my car at 9:45 I was told it’ll be done within a two hour window period. I had two appts set up for my kids at 2:00 and I had to cancel because my car wasn’t ready until after 2:30. My whole day was completely messed up so to the lack of proper and truthful communication. Don’t give me a time period and then go hours and hours beyond that

My car needed a lot of work, but I was very pleased how fast and accommodating the service was. Cheryl and everyone made it easy and took care of everything I needed. Very professional, will always recommend.
Well not completely!- it took 1and a half hour to fix a tire with a nail in it.

Dave is the best. I had to bring my car in a little earlier than my appointment. I called Dave and he met me as I pulled in. He recognized me and called me by name! As he gathered the assessment information on the car we had a friendly exchange that ended with him reviewing the assessment with me along with his recommendations for this regular service visit. I agreed with and ok'd the work order at around 3pm. Dave told me he could probably have it done by 6 and that he was there till 8pm to assure me I would have my Prius back same day. He overdelivered by letting me know before 6pm the vehicle was ready. I picked up my car and look forward to seeing Dave at my next scheduled maint.
