Service took over an hour and a half. Tire rotation and oil change(10,000 mile service). With an appointment, that is unacceptable.

Luis was efficient, clear, and helpful.
I explained that I had a high pitched noise when I turn on the AC unit, that sounds like a jet engine. I was told it could be blocked and for them to take it apart it would cost $60. I asked what could cause the block and possible suggestions were from items from my glovebox or debris from leaves. I wasn’t told that they couldn’t reproduce the sound until I saw the paperwork. When I drove home the high pitched noise was still there and now it also happens when I turn the unit off. I called and was told to come back in. I felt that this was a waste of my money. I need to learn more and also be shown what was taken apart and what was actually cleaned out that would cost $62.

David Wagner was great. However, I’m disgusted with Toyota’s recent “headlines” regarding political contributions to insurrectionists. My immediate family alone, owns four Toyota’s. Sad to say that they will likely be the last four that we own.
When I picked up my car with my 3 month old child the seat belt clip was buried under the seat and I had to sit outside with her in the hot weather until one of my family members dug it out. My car had a recall and when I picked it up it smelled like gasoline. Still does.
Luis was very friendly and most informative. He’s well versed on the Toyota Maint. Schedule and other aspects of the car. A REAL NICE GUY!!
Luis helped me make big strides in having a usable GPS -- but I would have learned how to get it on the headset in my perfect world.

I came in to get my car battery replaced. I was inconvenienced, due to returning seconds later due to my check engine light being on (which was not on before I got my car serviced). Mr. Lopez was not as helpful as I had hoped. He was polite; however, he didn't really resolve the questions or concerns I had. I was there for about 4hrs without any updates on the status of my car. After this experience, I do not intend to return to this establishment.
