I don’t understand why it takes 1 1/2 hour to rotate tires and change the oil. At least it is better than over 2 hours I have spent prior getting the same maintenance done. Service rep was very professional. It takes a long while sometimes but the work is usually great.

I was really dismayed when the battery was dead on my 2020 rav4. Had toyota roadside assistance jump start the vehicle so that I could drive it to the dealership. Cheryl helped me out, squeezing me in for service and arranging for rides home and back. Cheryl kept me updated and is a pleasure to interact with. Hopefully the battery and DCM issues are resolved. I had a 2011 RAV4 which was super reliable. Now, I am questioning my decision to have gotten a new RAV4. At least toyota is backing up their product for the time being.
