Our service rep was terrific, but I have one concern and one complaint that are independent of him. The complaint is that not all employees inside were wearing masks! In a building with customers coming in and out all day, and many waiting several hours for servicing, it is impossible for me to understand how employees can either not wear a mask or wear it only over their mouth and not cover their nose. Second, if I schedule an appt for an oil change and are told it takes about an hour, then I arrive and am told 2 hours (which is exactly how long I waited), that leaves me with a bad impression. If I had a more accurate estimate of time I could plan better. Thanks for giving me this opportunity to comment. One final comment - our customer service rep was very helpful and I appreciated his awareness of my concern about the long wait.

However, our experience getting the accessories installed, after buying the Highlander was absolutely terrible. It took a month. The fabric and body protection was never applied the day we bought the car. Body side molding took a month to get in???? Seriously??? Seemed no one cared.
Atleast everything is installed now.
