I brought my vehicle for an oil change on Friday and you recommended battery change for my car because your inspection reported that battery failed. I took my car to a store where I bought one year ago to replace it because I still have a battery warranty. They checked the battery of my car and told me that the battery is good condition. Attached is their report. I tried to contact the rep a few times and she neither responded to my text messages and failed to provide the report.

Please tell Chuck that I apologize for being cranky about the diagnosis. It’s not his fault that in order to fix a sensor you have to replace the ENTIRE fuel tank.

My wife and I felt that we have not been treated with complete openness. We have a legitimate complaint with our vehicle. The vehicle we purchased is a 2013 Tacoma which we completley LOVE. Now our 1st issue was the vehicle's unauthorised acceleration. Twice we have come so close to hitting another vehicle. We feel that our concerns have not been addressed seriously .
