Had a problem with my car at that I have got service never was able to get in touch or talk to Bryant I left my message and my phone number to call me back and no response I was very upset couldn’t deal with the issue with the situation and to the next day after talking with Derrick the manager

Only negative was having to pay for oil change which should be free since it's a lease vehicle for 3 years. It's only free for 2 years. Did not make sense to me but other than that it was satisfactory.

I always have a great experience getting my car serviced here. I won’t go anywhere else! However, Chuck was not my customer liaison, Dave Ferguson was. He was excellent-took the time to show me things and explain so i could understand every charge on the bill.

Craig is working on it. We will see. I had appt for 515 over 2 hours later I left and then I had to ask. Never saw the service advisor again why make appts?
