Jason and the rest of the staff were great. The problem is the scheduling/time management. If I have to schedule an appointment and have a time for a simple oil change, I do not expect it to take 2 hours. Also, when leaving after a 2 hour oil change, I attempted to utilize the car wash that came with the oil change only to find the car wash not working after I placed the code in and followed the directions. A worker tried to fix it, but could not. Overall, I feel this service center has drastically gone down hill in terms of management.
Dave was excellent and communicated everything to me perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. It’s the best experience I’ve had so far with Toyota.
