I dropped my car off at 11am. I asked for the car to be ready for 3-4pm and was told no problem. I was getting a tire rotation, new gas cap, and they were checking my radio because it wasn’t working. No one called to update me or tell me it was done. I called 2 times between 3 and 4 and was told my service writer was unavailable. I decided to get a ride to Toyota. I was told the gas cap was needed and they needed to do the pricing. 45 minutes later the car was ready. I left at 5pm to drive home which is 40 minutes away. They just kept apologizing but it wasn’t sincere. Also the place was empty as far as customers so they were not busy!
