I Had an appointment for 12 noon To get my 30,000 mile check up and was told it would be 1 1/2 hours. It would’ve been nice if they told me that when I made my appointment
If I had known prior to the appointment how long it would’ve been I would have found a ride and dropped my vehicle off. I was there for well over 2 hours. Also the price quoted to me prior to was not what it actually was.
I am very disappointed in the time it took and the price quoted to me.
Nothing Was not Chucks fault. He was actually good during this time.
Couldn’t be more pleased with the attitude, friendliness and communications skills of the service manager who set up the service.

I have been a customer at Newark Toyota World for around 2 years now. My experience with Chuck A. was not the best. He seemed like he was trying to rush me in and rush me out. When my oil change was completed he did not go over anything about my car, nor did he give me the multi point inspection sheet to ensure that my vehicle was running well. My usual guy Dave goes over everything with me whether my vehicle is in perfect condition or has something that may need to be fixed.
Great service always. Picking up car 9/21/20 about 2:30pm.

I had mistakenly told Brian that I was interested in replacing the therear trunck switch and that lead to a major inspection of my car. This annoyed me because I value my time. I.had only come in to replace a front headlight assembly.
My previous experience was not a positive one and I was considering taking my vehicle to another dealership, or another mechanic all together, but i decided to go back and thanks to Jason and his professionalism and honesty, and also the work done by your technician Adam Carlsley, and definitely will continue using your facility.

You will make me satisfied by showing some respect for your client by saying or connecting with them, and explaining what happened to their vehicles I had a very bad experience with your supervisor (Luis Lopez). I was just inquiring for full details about my vehicle. I explained everything happened with me to your manager Derrick Mckie, and I thanked him because he actually listened and apologized for your unprofessional behavior. The reason I asked him to refund me is because the behavior that was shown at this facility is no behavior that should be shown to any customer.
Your prices are not competitive. Your Toyota parts are not living up to their reputation. A car with 57,000 miles already having rust issues and parts that are a safety hazard! Incredible!
Dave is very accurate in the time he estimates service or repairs will take.
