Although I had an appointment for detailing I was told after I arrived I needed to leave the car overnight because they were backed up. I could not leave the car and they did finish by 5 PM. I was sent an email that said I needed maintenance work done. I called for appointment and appointment scheduler said I needed oil change. When I came to drop off car service person said I didn't need anything done. He said schedulers don't really know car maintenance. This is the 3rd time this happened to me. My time is wlso valuable and car scheduling needs to be done accurately. I had a gift card for $300 dollars I had not been able to use because no one knew how to use it. This happened twice. I did use it today but they made copies of everything to do it manually. I still have a credit. Wes was very helpful this evening. Retailers did an excellent job. I left Mazda because of their poor quality appointment system and service system. I don't want to leave Toyota because your service techs do a good job. By the time I get through the first 2 steps I am more than frustrated.
