It occurred to me as I left the dealership that I was given coupons for car washes with service when I purchased the car. I have since moved and six months have gone by, so I have no idea where they are. I wanted to suggest that you include it service for people who purchased from you. Why, in this day and age, would you operate with paper coupons?

When I picked my car up, it was very close to closing & I didn’t inspect it . The windshield was very dirty & the car had a greasy smell. I just left & told myself I would wipe the inside down when I got home.
I just finished 2 hours of cleaning it just to make it acceptable to drive.
The greasy film on the windshield required cleaning it 4 times. There were areas of grease all over the doors, the seats & the trim. The front 2 mats have so much greasy dirt on them, I removed them & put ones from my daughter’s car in there, the smell is too strong.
I did work very hard to get the grease off of the doors as I don’t want to ruin my clothes.
The mat in the back has something different on it. I didn’t scrub that, I was too irritated. It doesn’t smell though.
The passenger door had maybe cherry slurped or something spilled in the holder on the door. Some was on the door also. I obviously had to wipe that out.
The driver’s seat on the upper inner portion is ripped now.
The glove compartment doesn’t line up correctly anymore, but it does close completely.
I also see a nick out of drivers side mirror.
Car wasn’t washed, but to leave filthy windows & grease is a real slap in my face. I have never picked up a car from any place in such poor condition.
I assume that the mechanical work was done correctly, it does make you wonder now.
I took pictures of the mess & showed my husband & daughter, so so you don’t have to just believe me.
The mats should be replaced( why don’t you cover the seats & floor if you won’t clean up after yourself ?)
I can’t really express how very disappointed I am with the condition of my car was left in.
I blame myself for assuming it was just a dirty windshield, also unacceptable, & not inspected the whole car before I left the service center.
I never expected this to happen to my car.
I kept my part of the bargain. I showed up on time, trusted that the recommended work would be done correctly, did not argue price as I expected to get an excellent job from Toyota & I paid when I picked up the car.
Your service center didn’t do your part.
I guess the pedestal I had Toyota on, got a little bit of a makeover.
Jason, is a very nice person and does a great job. I trust him not only with my Camry but with my 2 Lexus’s. ES350 & GX460.

Dave explained exactly what was to be done and what was done, and gave me a printout of it all. Service was finished when he had predicted and I was notified. Check out was pleasant and easy, using the last of 2 years free services for a 2018. A very painless experience.

I explained that the issue with my home screen started as soon as I left the dealership. Luis said it was an issue with the radio and I would need to pay for a software update. I explained that the car was PERFECT before I brought it in for a safety recall and it seemed very coincidental to me. I had the update done. The problem still exists. It is great inconvenience to be without my car and to drive all the way to Newark From Middletown. I’m very unhappy. I don’t think anyone even looked at the issue I was having, they just did the work.
