Car is fixed after a year

Excellent customer service
After my initial shock for break down and repairs on a truck I purchased only 2 months earlier Brian Revill first tried to do everything to reduce my cost even attempted to get lowered quotes from other shops that specialize in my needed repair. Finally he contacted the dealership I purchased my truck from and got them to agree to cover, repair my truck for a fraction of the cost. This was truly an unselfish and unexpected act that proves there are service men still around with HIGH integrity. He truly is a blessing.

My Highlander tail lights were repaired 10-12 days ago at Newark Toyota but failed again. Bill made sure to quickly schedule a new appointment and replace the tail light assembly at a very reasonable cost to me and return the car in a short time.
