please put mileage recommendations when making service reservations. My vehicle needed 2 services taking 2 hrs vs just a quick tire rotation. Thankfully I had a ride to take me home so I didn’t have to wait there. With the COVID situation this requires some advance notification.
Dave was awesome! He took the time to explain each service that was being done on my car and broke down the costs for me. He also helped to resolve an issue on my rewards points between my Camry and Rav4 accounts. I think he really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Not to mention all the other helpful, friendly, and accommodating staff ensuring my car interior was detailed and making sure I was able to get it back in the same day, plus the shuttle ride over to the dealership. I can't say enough good things about Newark ToyotaWorld. Thank you so much!
