I was not satisfied with the experience I had at the shop today. The whole process today felt like I was being money ripped for services that I did not need to do or pay today. Came in for only a tire pressure issue that would have cost less than $100 but with the help of our assigned technician my invoice came to almost triple the amount I was thinking of spending at Toyota today. Will talk to manager further regarding this concern.

The technician charged the battery and never bothered to put the battery cover back on the positive battery terminal. Sloppy work leaves me wondering about the quality of the service department

This past Saturday I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from Newark Toyota. While driving it this week I discovered a front brake was dragging and heating up and the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The vehicle was towed back to Newark Toyota's Service department. The problem was diagnosed and repaired very quickly. I appreciate how quickly Dave Wagner had the vehicle fixed and back to us. Despite my initial disappointment, I was extremely satisfied with the level of service Dave and the dealership provided me. Thanks
