I was told the service would take about an hour and a half. The service took over 3 and a half hours. In addition I made the appointment based on the sticker that your shop put on my windshield saying when next service was due. Apparently that is not when oil changes are due but when service is due. Normally that sticker is used to indicate when oil changes are due, not service. Honestly I would not have brought it in and wasted all that time today for the service when I now have to come back for an oil change in just a bit.... but I am not sure when that will be because my new sticker now states the next service date/ mileage.... so I would also appreciate the sticker telling me the date/ mileage for my next oil change not service. In all the years and states I have had my car serviced, I have never seen this.
