Brand new van needed mirror to be repaired. No follow up but parts rep said part was in. Van scheduled for repair. Come to find out, 4 weeks later, wrong part ordered more than once. Van still not repaired. Lots of my resources wasted thus far...still need repair for 2022 Odyssey.
In the end I was satisfied. What bothered me was that I had made an appointment for a timing belt change and air conditioner check and when I checked in was told it may or may not be possible to do the job that day.

He was very dismissive when I was asking questions about my tire. He said the techs only tell him when something is wrong. He had no more information than that to give me. He couldn’t even tell me if they put air in it. I have been purchasing cars from the dealership since 2002. My parents even longer. This is the first time I have had a rude service advisor. I left with no answers and no idea if the problem was fixed. He just walked away and said the keys are in the car. Very rude and condescending.

Nicole communicated with me 1st thing in the morning to go over the service I requested and then again when the car was done. I requested an exterior wash and to my surprise my car was spotless inside and out ! Thanks for the superior service!
