Kristi is outstanding . I always hope she is there when I make an appt as she makes the process easy & explains everything . She told me tonite when I picked up my SUV she would not be there for my next appt .. I was saddened to hear this . Honda ... don't let this employee go!. It will be a loss for Honda . Part of reason me making my car appts w / you... is the outstanding customer service from Kristi . You will have big shoes to fill . Nancy

I would have appreciated if someone had contacted me regarding the recall either by email or e-mail or phone message.., that said I have my doubts if and when I wish to trade my car in will I do it at your dealership. Good service but needs better customer honest. This of course is my humble opinion.
