Service Advisor, did not call back as requested. I told the receptionist that I had my tire pressure light on while driving to Maryland and wanted to know if the rotation was truly done. I have had great service there before. When I return my car in the future, I do not want Nichole as my advisor. Also, even though I was next in line for service, she immediately went to the vehicle behind mine. After one of your employees told her I was next, did she make her way toward me.
My husband has a BMW and the service at Price Honda was 10 times better and faster. I am very satisfied.
She’s friendly, pleasant and professional. She explained what services are being sone in the beginning, gave accurate time frame for when it was going to be completed and explained the work completed and recommendations later on. Very pleased with the service and will recommend to friends and family.
My credit card was charged twice for the service I received. This is still being resolved.

The service advisor was really not listening to me when I was telling her items about what I needed done.the 2nd advisor came to me 2 times to ask me the same things I had. Told the 1ST one,other than that incident, everything was great

Dwayne Stevens was very nice and patient with me. Took time to explain things to me and on the scale 1 thru 10, I give him a full 10. I was very satisfied.
She was great! When I paid the fill in advisor (Kristi was not working) was friendly and also very helpful. My service wasn’t completely finished due to a parts back order issue, not anyone’s fault. We will be bringing it back when the rest of the parts come in. Thanks again for always giving us great service!
